Enjoy an evening of culinary indulgence as we pair the winery's finest selections with a specially crafted coursed dinner created by our culinary team,

it's an evening for delectable flavors and exceptional wines right in the heart of our club.

Pickled baby beet, candied kumquat, and whipped herb goat cheese

APPETIZER

FRISEE SALAD

 with spiral zucchini, pickled red onion, heirloom baby tomato, and feta.

FIRST COURSE

Chanterelle, asparagus, and cognac au poivre.

SECOND COURSE

COFFEE & BOURBON BRAISED SHORT RIB

With polenta cake, braised kale, and lemon-hazelnut tahini.

COCONUT PANNA COTTA

Macerated strawberries, and passion fruit-mango coulis.
